In the villages of Haryana the Pradhans normally have insurmountable powers. The Pradhan of Tanakpur, Sualal Gandas isn\'t any completely different. Like his contemporaries, Sualal rules his village mistreatment powers unconditional upon him by Khap. Not simply the normal court however once time comes Sualal manages to govern and exploit the larger powers of the state.
